By accessing our website or engaging our legal advisory services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Thai law.

2. Services Description

Meridion provides legal advisory services in Thailand, specializing in immigration and visa matters, data privacy compliance, and commercial dispute prevention. Our services are provided on a professional basis in accordance with Thai legal standards and the rules of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

The specific scope of services for each engagement will be outlined in a written engagement agreement. Services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline engagements where we determine we cannot provide adequate service or where conflicts of interest exist.

3. Engagement and Fees

All engagements are subject to written agreement outlining the scope of work, fees, and payment terms. Fees are based on the nature and complexity of the services required and will be communicated clearly before work commences.

Payment is typically required in advance or according to the payment schedule outlined in the engagement agreement. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Clients are responsible for reimbursing reasonable expenses incurred in connection with their matter, including government fees, translation costs, and courier services. Such expenses will be discussed and approved in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

5. Limitation of Liability

Meridion provides legal advisory services with professional care and diligence. However, we cannot provide absolute assurances about outcomes, as legal matters are subject to various factors beyond our control, including government decisions, regulatory changes, and third-party actions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific matter in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

6. Confidentiality

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for fees incurred up to the date of termination and any work completed. We will provide copies of relevant documents and materials in our possession.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if we determine there has been a breach of these terms, misrepresentation of facts, or conduct that makes it unreasonable to continue the engagement.

9. Disclaimers
